i went to joann fabric and craft store and they have a cutter like that on sell for 16.99. I bought one and it is awesome.... Joanns has a lot of cutters like that. and if you search rotary cutter i'm sue you can find it somewhere. but joanns is awesome because you can get coupons which make it a lot cheaper

I thought about buying the Zara skort from a girl for cheap but I didn't because: 1) I wouldn't know what to wear with it 2) It would make my hips look thick and my legs stubby. Sadly, only super skinny girls look good in it which is why all the photos of bloggers who wore it are of thin women

It's an OLFA cutter. I've found them in nearly any fabric store here in North America. Their website says they are internationally available as well.
