This is my first video on youtube. This is my 2005 Ram 1500 HEMI with dual Glasspacks. Stock cats. The y pipe was removed and new pipe was installed all the ...
nice clip i have an 04 hemi ram and wanted an idea of how the maremont
cherry bomb glasspacks would sound on a true dual btw what size are the
mufflers and did you have any trouble fitting the 2 mufflers?

Nice. I'd like to hear it with the hi-flows. I'm still running the stock
headers and cats, but will eventually do headers and hi-flows are catless,
depending on where I end up living and the laws there.
This sounds great, my friend. Mine's a cat-back dual, but they are
glasspack tips so they still sound like glasspacks but a lot more crackle.
It's better to have true duals though. Glasspacks forever!!
I am getting ready to have this installed on my 07 Jeep Commander Overland
with the 5.7 Hemi. it's single exhaust, so I assume it won't be this loud.
I am hoping for a good sound out of it.
It's really not all that bad in the cab. Doing 60-65, there is a slight
drone sound, but it's very tolerable, considering with the 5-speed auto,
I'm still under 2000rpms until 70.
Thanks. They are Cherry Bomb model number 87516. They were just installed
this past Saturday, so the packing is still fresh. I will post another
video once I get the packing out.
@doodoobutterific Nah, there were no troubles. If you check out my other
video, I go under a little and you can see the setup. Not a perfect view,
but it'll give you an idea.
it's all good. thanks for responding though. i've since gotten a 456 posi
thrown in my differential. but, i'm not gettign the gains i expected, and
am kinda worried that they put a 410 in there on accident. i'm gonna go 70,
and see if my rpms are that high (i'm pretty sure they aren't). and, then
gonna go back =(
that's pretty badass man. i've been researching this forever it seems (rear
end). i don't know if i want a 410, or 456. when you're going 70mph, what
are you revving at? about 3k?
i have a v6 ram too (newer gen though). have you done any other work? more
specifically, have you re-geared the rear end? lemme know...just trying to
do my research.
