i am very disappointed with the comments below rather than the video.... and if somebody really fought for the identity of his country like one of our friend from Australia said down there in comment . i think its country's responsibility to take care of him and get him back safe.... and of course there is lesson to learn from this whole story... we are grown ups and we must not take law and order in our hand ...and Nepal is a garden therefore it needs different types of flower to look beautiful

I am not defending him blindly. What I am saying that there may be issues which can mitigate his jail term. Vandalism is obviously not a good idea, even with being a drunk. However, you don't know the full story, neither do I. Perhaps the receptionist used to verbally harrased him often. You have to understand, he used to work there. Hence there may be all variables. At the court, juries decide only after observing pros & cons. Unless you realize total pros & cons, better not to start typing.

As a Nepalese, I know our hot button lies in a saying "Nepal is India & saying all Nepalese are Indians" It's like saying to Black Americans, " You are a bunch of Ni--ers" or saying Catholics Irish, "Ireland is Britain and all Irish are British" Why this receptionist trying to provoke him? i dont know whats wrong with nepalis nowadays... seems like everyone is being more and more insane day by day... people fighting over nothing, accusing each other of the things that happened centuries ago, denying each other's identity and the list goes on.. there's less problem in the system and more in our head.. and nobody sees his/her own flaws.. neither do i think that fighting over limbuwan and khambuwan will do anything to the country nor will students with capabilities be banned

because in nepal aryan people(both hindus and muslim) do not drink alcohol due to their culture. but in mongolian nepali culture, alcohol is part and parcel of their lives. that's why mongolian nepali can control the drink. but when aryan nepali goes to foreign country they start drinking alcohol also but they can't handle the drink. and because of this they have tarnish nepali good name.
