So there is that.Veg food definitely makes you feel calmer. I have tried it for a month and never felt better. Now I balance veg food with meat. I eat meat only in the college cafeteria (because veg food over there is basically dog shit...westerners do not know how to cook veg food except Italians) and cook veg meals at night. Veggies are easier to digest compared to meat. So at night, veg food is ideal since you do not do anything energy intensive after your dinner.
