Hi Nishaji! I loved the way this recipe turned out that I made it twice
within two weeks. You use the most convenient ways to make recipes compared
to others, and they turn out to be more tasty too. I love the huge variety
of recipes on your site. You teach very well, without missing an important
step, and reminding us of what to take care of at the end of each video.
Your detailed ingredients are very helpful too. Thank you.
Hey there! im greek as well but i ll speak in english just for everyone to
see: this distilled vinegar i saw in recipes on youtube really confused me
at first too, because im used to our wine vinegar the intirety of Greece
uses. But it turns out that in the usa (and uk too obviously) the most
common (and cheap) vinegar used is the one produced chemically :O or well,
just by distilling alcohol. So yea thats what everyone uses there.
Colorless and without the taste our vinegar has.
What kind of vinegar is that? I've never seen translucent one before. Can
you use any type of vinegar? Also, what is the difference between raisins
and sultanas? I thought they were the same thing.
Those green tomatoes from your greenhouse look great! In my country, green
tomatoes are put in yellow fish curry (it's called "fish gulai") and also
used in green chili paste. Delicious!
Mrs nihaan, for some people like myself who have no life, want more vids :)
