Wow, it is baffling that the volume of shipping is unknown and that the government doesn't have any definitive data on internal shipping. It is good that they must go through PayPal or another payment gateway for security, but if their shipping is as bad as it seems to be, they would probably be better off just going to buy things physically from the market.

It is weird that there is no definitive data for internal shipping in South Africa. Fuel theft is an interesting problem. Having only 20% accurate mileage claims is crazy. Maybe they should use GPS' to track the mileage more accurately. It seems to me that South Africa is a little disorganized in managing logistics.

South Africa seems to have lots of problems when it comes to their shipping. It's definitely interesting to learn about that because I had no clue they were like this. Great information and presentation.
