You're right, he was an asshole and didn't invent anything, but he was the one who integrated and reinvented existing technology. He was an asshole because he had really high expectations of the products. What if YOU could make an existing product better? what if you could re-invent things? That's what people do, that's what drives businesses to success. If it was YOU being the one successful and re-inventing things, you wouldn't be crying would you?

Steve Jobs never claimed he invented the tablets, phones, mp3 players, computers, operative systems. He saw the potential of that and made them easy to use and mainstream. He showed to the world the way how that technologies should work... Just a few tiny examples: Computers before and After the Macintosh. Smartphones before and After the iPhone. Tablets before and after the iPad... if you know or had them (like I had), you realize how they changed.

no, why would they? he's not an actor. even though he is Woz himself, he probably wouldn't be able to act like him self in the way of transmitting his feelings, thoughts etc. to an audience. I don't know how the actor playing him will do, but we'll see :)

That's cute... except the entire scene is fictionalized and doesn't portray either person accurately according to Steve Woz - a guy who worked with Jobs for over 10 years. They didn't even bother to use him as a consultant for the film.

Wierd isn't it? I also did't see J. Edgar in "J.Edgar", there were just Leonardo DiCaprio,. And in the "Lincoln" Trailer, I just can see Daniel Day-Lewis & not Abraham Lincoln, fake everywhere.

The idea that the computer would have a social impact didn't come from Jobs. He just wanted to sell a $20 computer for $40. Read Woz's eMail to Gizmodo, he says this clip is "totally wrong".

This movie looks absolutely terrible - they make Wozniac look and sound like an whining idiot. You want a movie about Apple, go watch The Pirates of Silicon Valley.
