How do you know he needed new tyres maybe he hit some black ice and his car slid across the road which would've happened regardless of the tyres condition, anyway whether he needed new tyres or not I'm glad he wrote this song it's excellent.

Gary needs to make a track enitilted 'ALWAYS CRASHING IN THE SAME PLANE' A
title reminiscent of the Bowie song from LOW and a real testimony to his
inability of flying aircraft evidenced by his poor flying record involving
white knuckled landings.
Thanx for sharing this brilliant track !! Think ,there 's needed a special
kind ,of "Numanoid -Soul " to work especialy on "this track" ... Therefore
my "honest respect" !!! Best Regards, from Germany !!! Kammler03 STRONGPOINT

Heh, "avoidable accident".
Look, if an accident ISN'T avoidable then it isn't an accident. An
unavoidable accident is either a fact of events taking place in such an
order that it could be predicted. For instance, a huge planet killer meteor
isn't an accident. It's an cataclysmic event that can be predicted.
An accident is something that happens due to a sudden unforeseen chain of
events. For instance a person fumbling and dropping a wrench from the
ceiling onto a computer that controls the distribution of power to the
entire east coast of Northern America.
It could have been prevented but it couldn't have been predicted that the
person would fumble at just that moment over just that machine and that the
resulting impact with the machine would make it fail.
In this case it isn't an accident, it's a fact of events taking place. At
that speed under those conditions it was inevitable that the vehicle with
those handling characteristics and grip would lose control in that bend.
While many events like this are classified as accidents for one reason or
another, the core fact remains. They aren't accidents, they are intentional
breaches of the laws of physics because of ignorance.
It would have been different if the driver(s) simultaneously got hit
(suddenly) by an unforeseen event such as a sudden gust of wind hitting
them and causing a situation that couldn't (or shouldn't) be accounted for
under normal (relatively speaking) circumstances.
Something no person could predict would happen at just that time in just
the right place.
I would have titled the video "speeding driver loses control on icy roads".
