i stopped using shaving cream years ago... then someone recommended using hair conditioner - but that goops up the blades a bit... now i don't use anything for a 'shaving cream' and it doesn't seem to make a difference - i'll try this and see how it works

@svtcontour there is a little bit of the olive oil smell, but it's actually quite relaxing and I usually use Herban Cowboy After-Shave Balm after I shave, which has a great smell and is organic

Sounds great. Does it smell at all like olive oil? Imagine shaving and then going to work smelling like salad :) Just kidding. I'm sure its got a very ligth scent but nothing more...

@LuminousDisciple i think if you're happy without then don't use it, i also use soap but some people prefer the other way around because they might have sensitive skin :)

@barnamania hmm that's a good question, i'm not sure how effective olive oil would be on its own but if you try it do let me know :)
