So, I'm not sure if your still active on youtube or not. But i had a
question about solving number 14. You said that the point at which
sin^-1(x) = pi is (-1,0). Then you said that since it is sin think of y
values, which would be the 0 and you said that is the answer. But since
they ask for x would the answer actually be -1 or is it 0 and why?
Even though the variable listed is x, you still want the y value, which
would be 0. There is a problem with this problem though. The inverse sin is
only defined from -pi/2 to pi/2. So a better problem might be, "Sin^-1(x) =
0 and the answer would be 0. I actually don't think there are problems on
inverse trig functions on the Accuplacer test.
Thank you sooo much! Argh.. I skipped trigonometry in high school so those
are the only things I never understand but now I got all of these concepts
pact. I just wish I knew this whole Sin, Cos,Tan, Cotan, pi stuff.
