Everyone is different. For some people putting it up on Christmas eve is a tradition.Some put it up right after Thanksgiving. I don't put one up at all because I don't celebrate it. To each his own...

+Trinity Pratt Matter of fact if I remember correctly they didn't put their tree up until Christmas eve last year. There are a lot of people who do not decorate this early.

They definitely do. Watch last year and they are a Christmas family. Not everyone has done Christmas decorating yet :) I haven't.

Hmmm, I'm so sorry you suffer from mental illness! You see, I DO NOT.  For all of the hell that I have been through in this lifetime, the very few people that have ever heard my story cannot fathom how i could still be sane after all the gory details.  But ya see... I am and that is because I know JESUS, and I HAVE GOD in my life.  But sorry about your mental instabilities, maybe you will get help with that one day.  Til then, I guess you suffer much. Ta Ta!   I'm done speaking with you now.

+Kitt Katt Sorry to break it to you but like I told my 6 year old when he asked Santa isn't real it's a figment of your imagination. Paranoia is actually a symptom of mental illness. I know this because unfortunately I've been on BiPolar meds since I was 15 and doctors almost never diagnose illness until mid 20s
