affect handling negatively.
+spikedpunk I agree. Another vehicle I think should've been kept in production was the Corvair Greenbrier, Chevrolet could've improved its suspension to help with its handling and ride.
Yes, the newer styles had vastly improved handling. The spare was moved to the engine area to free up room in the trunk, but yes, it did shift weight even further back. Now add air conditioning! The styling on the late series still looks fresh today!
Thank you Ethan. Engine in the rear. Fully independent rear suspension! The car is very nimble and handles sweetly in the twisty-turns. But you do have to be aware of some handling characteristics to get the full advantage of the ride!
