Well done, per usual! I'm always interested in settings: with FZ200 I
usually put noise reduction to -2 and sharpening to -1. With the GH3 I see
that you've done the same for noise reduction, but +1 for sharpening. I
don't usually fiddle with contrast, but I'll see if it makes a difference.
(I usually shoot in JPG + RAW, so for RAW it really doesn't matter much!

If you keep the camera as near vertical with wide angle there is no
distortion but tilt up or down and you get the familiar perspective
distortion. The 12-35 is a remarkable lens ( but it should be at the

I would prefer the TZ30 as the touch screen offers some more creative
options ( pull focus video) and easy touch to focus/shoot which can be
ideal for selecting tricky subjects which autofocus might get wrong.

Might have been a dull day but you are doing great with the GH3 Graham,
great detail, lens distortion looks very good on the buildings shots,
noticed that with your Manchester video as well, good stuff!

Hi yes I find that adding contrast helps in very dull light it helps add
acutance to the scene.

Example 2: the last Labour Gov gave official legal status to 14 Sharia
Courts, such courts now having the same legal status and rank (though not
the same province) as the Magistrates' Courts. Sharia Courts have been sold
as 'community courts' that sort out minor domestic disputes; that, though
is a lie. They deal with 'domestic' violence, and inheritance (key
legal-areas). The decisions are made by Sharia rules; not the law of our
land. For example, a man's word is worth the word of 2 women.

Example 1: the Equality Act 2006, which includes Religion (not before a
'feature' of equality), was a tactical move by the Gov, as advised by the
MB, to deter criticism of Islam. 7-7 happened in 2005 - subsequently the MB
did all it could to squash any resultant public decrying of Islam. This Act
(now the 2010 Act) is always used to protect Islam, no other religion. Try
it, yourself: sneer at Christianity, and the Old Bill will yawn; but sneer
at Islam, and the Old Bill will visit you.

I think Blackburn is now only 35% White English. Soon, all UK towns and
cities will have a similar statistic. What do you think will happen, then?
Do you think you, the White English, will be tolerated by those that are
then in the driving seat? Nope. They will push you out of the car (that's a
metaphorical way of saying they will kill you.)

Example 3: by a favouring use of the Equality legislation, all state
schools have to provide halal food in their canteens. Effectively, that
means all meat, in such canteens, is halal; because it is costly and
time-consuming to organise two sets of meat products.

government is secular because it's clearly Christian. However I would like
to hear these supposed pieces of legislation that favour Islam: do tell?

the status of ANY religion, only to stop them from being discriminated
