umm no idea, havnt been on in like a week now. id pick whatever u think would help you the most. i play on only hardcore so what i choose will be different then what someone on softcore will choose

whats yur crit chance, crit damage, and attack speed? because those are the 3 main factors.. also what yur weapons dps is matters a whole ton also.

arcane missile thing and arcane hydra. leveling is hard with wizard but once u get 60 u can actually use a build.

oh, now i get it thank's, just i question, what build did you use when u haven't achieve lvl 60?? coz i find it hard im just lvl 40 and i don't know where to go :3 can please help me ?

meteors hit once, tornadoes stay and spin in place and hit multiple times, increasing the proc rate of critical mass, and in turn making you god mode cuz of instant cooldown resets on diamond skin and frost nova

How do you get around the cooldown? My cooldowns on frost nova and diamond skin are 15 seconds long. You're spamming them every second. How?

critical hits reduce cooldown / critical mass passive.. hence why this build is all a CM/critical mass build, because that passive is what makes it all work.
