Montreal Comiccon 2014 Star Trek TNG Ladies' Panel Moments
This was the most hilarious panel I've ever attended. These ladies are funny as hell. I apologize for the chopped questions; I was not filming the whole time.

Star Trek TNG: Episode 143 Samaritan Snare: Alternate Ending x2
This video contains two alternate endings for the price of one. Out of all of the characters of The Next Generation. I believe the character that was the most ...
HAHA, i more than agree. This episode could have been just that
straightforward. Although i would have preferred a worf option i.e blast
the ship to pieces and then beam geordi back. I guarentee sisko would not
have taken the aliens' shit for that long nor would even janeway. I know
this is supposed to be the utopian future but there is a case for brute
force when face with that level of stupidity.
Yeah. Don't interpret any of these video as me disliking TNG etc. I like
all of the Trek series (with the exception of Enterprise but even then I
still manage to watch every episode). I'm just pointing out the bad
elements.
oh yeah sorry i didn't mean to suggest that you were saying anything bad
about tng overall, i just meant to say that depsite the flaws in some
characters like troi the show did improve a lot thankfully after this
season.
yeah, the pakleds were very annoying and I wouldn't mind them getting
blasted. Perhaps annoying race should be exempted from federation human
rights charter?

Five Stupid Things About Captain Picard
He's pretty much everybody's favorite or second-favorite Star Trek captain. He's moral, courageous, British-sounding yet insistent he's from France -- he's ...
How many women did Picard get during the show? I can only think of
three... four if you count his wife in The Inner Light, but that only
happened in his head.
Commander Nella Darren, his music partner. Vash, the thief/smuggler. His 22 year old female friend from the academy in the episode "tapestry" his wife in the inner light. Miranda Vigo, who gave birth to Jason, who Pocard thought may be his son, the chick he was supposed to meet in the cafe in Paris, but he never showed up and she married that looney time scientist (final episode season one). Beverly crusher, whom he married in the later ate timeline. The 350 year old chick in the movie Insurrection... There may be more. It's hard cuz so many of the episodes didn't really happen, be it in someone's head, or Q, or a temporal anamoly or what have you.
The first time I heard Captain Picard speak French, I laughed for the whole
episode. Even more when I heard them pronouncing the "d" in Picard. In
French, "Picard" is pronounced "Peecar"...silent "d". Just like Colbert in
the "Colbert Report"... silent "t".
But this is not Patrick Stewart's fault. The casting was wrong. That's all.
(Even if I just love Patrick Stewart and I think he did a great job.)
But remember, most unilingual English Americans never noticed he was not a
credible Frenchman.
Over the years, I have noticed that the American movie industry doesn't
really care about being "exact" or "authentic".
Probably what happened was that sometime during the 300 years between now and then, an Englishman visited France. The French president heard about this guy, thought he was an invasion force, and immediately surrendered.
+WintersunForever But let's hope we don't have to go to WW3 to meet Aliens.
Consent in Star Trek TNG: Sub Rosa (the absence of)

But unconcentual romance is so *romantic* -.-
Haven't seen the episode so I can't say much more. But it is 20 years
old... so hopefully it's become more of a topic since then. And it seems
probably more disappointing because it's Star Trek, the series being a
pioneer in equality and stuff. In (almost) every other series it would have
been just a droplet in the sea of somewhat non-pc-ness.
The episode "The Host" where Dr Crusher was in love in Odan was much better in the sense that both of them consented. It was when difference of species and cultural stuff came into mix that the relationship kind of dissolved. Star Trek is a pioneer in many other aspects of cultural reflection, but nothing's perfect sadly.
