I have allot of paranoia too. I know exactly what you mean about hearing
people talking and thinking its about you. Its often from being in a
stressful social situation and their might be some truth to it. Problem is
its like "whats real and whats in my head? THe best to do is build
confidence and feel your not doing anything wrong and to speak to those
people which helps dispel what you thought they were thinking. Its a
gradual process but its do-able. Everyone has these thoughts but ignore it
