Have you set USB Debugging on? If no, check the description to see how.Do you have the correct drivers installed? To install it, simply download the drivers in the description and select all three Flashmode, Fastboot and Xperia Z1 drivers. Also note that you'll have to turn off Driver Signature Verification on Windows 8/8.1. You can simply Google that. It's easy to do.
Hi Adam - note from a long time Sony phone user; switch image stabilisation
off. Sony's stabilisation algorithms are terrible, you get much better
footage without them. You're beaming, dude! Never seen you so pumped for a
phone. Can't blame you, though; got my Xperia Z yesterday! Nice :)
The rear camera has very bad cmos wobble/jello distortion. Not so the front
facing camera however front camera is much more wide angle by the looks of
it so would take more intense jerking to cause the effect if it is as bad.
I tell you what, if I was a robber and I was walking past your window,
screw the cctv sticker i'd be thinking JACKPOOOOTTTTTTTTT!! Seriously
though do you need that many screens?
