no no no the machine is like the one in the old 80s batman movie I think its batman and robbin. you ask a question and then push the button and it says yes or no. kind of like a magic 8 ball

I think he just got bad hype from Forrestfire101's Batman series. He's portrayed as a really pathetic, immature sidekick in the series, but it's actually pretty funny.
