Sir, "...set the tone" on Martin Luther King jr dr. You're 0-2 on preventing & apprehending two (maybe one) suspect/s in two separate murders just 20 days and 2 blocks apart. The speed limit is 25...NOBODY adheres to that & the lack of police presence on MLK to deter such behaviors is a major contributor. "Set the tone" with those issues.
