I think it 's ironic that you say mistakes happen in your video. Yes, mistakes happen. Your crews came to our neighborhood and ripped up side walks with no warning to residents. When I returned home from an early appointment, I was forced to park my brand new car in the street. I parked as far away as I could from the mayhem of your crews, but one of your trucks hit my brand new car and drove off. I have pictures showing how the damage on my car lines up with one of your large trucks, the paint transfer, etc. No eye witness so you took your chances, your driver drove off and we are out the money. You have insurance and all you had to do was own up, because, you know "people make mistakes", but you did not do that. Nice. Like you, we work very hard for our money. All you had to do was the right thing. Nice. You should be ashamed. 

Double Dipping....NEPOTISM. Why not offer to someone that out work?
