Obamacare is a health care plan modeled after the one Romney had in Massachusetts and it worked. There's no reason the program can't be successful. No more excuses. The only other choice the people have, short of open revolution, to defend against a tyrannical executive branch, is to simply take the money away. There is literally no other way to do it. Not that I don't like Tia, but I don't remember her character being so important to the book as Jocelyn's making her out. And I really don't care about Tia's backstory, as it pertains no significance to the plot whatsoever. Unless I get to hear another Cullen's background vampire story (in particular, I want to hear Emmett's, cuz him and Rose are too cute), then yeah... Don't care.
