Great discussion. I was really impressed with Mr. Dudley. He was pretty
candid in answering the fact of how important the money played in the Comp.
election and the better coverage media could play in covering elections. I
like the other two personally, but they wavered when asked about the
collusion between members of the media and politicians (Keeler, Gamela,
Stemen, etc.). That's one of the problems with a small town. They don't
want to upset anyone by pointing out the obvious.

Aw com` On!! The whole setup starts at 19:58, where he gives the signal to
have her removed from the scene. At 20:03, he can be seen "fishing" in his
back pocket for something. At 20:12 the "bag" appears and is carefully
examined to ensure that it is the right one.At this point he appears to be
trying to conceal himself from the view of the camera. I wonder how many he
is carrying this night. At 20:15 he stoops to pick up something" that fell
on the ground,from his hand or the vehicle, then....

.. leans over again in the vehicle. Then there is a lull in activities,
perhaps pretending to be searching, until 20:39. The "bag" is magically
produced and overtly displayed in front of the camera as he walks
"triumphantly" past the camera at 20:42. After that there is not much else
in the video. This is poor police work or deliberate planting of evidence.
Incompetency or fraud. I hope these guys get fried by the lawyers of their
"suspects". Hopefully the NAACP and FBI will get to them first.

@laurenceable67 The procedure is to search the woman as if she were a
unisex suspect, not as male or female. I do not know where in the video he
does this because I was unable to watch the whole thing, but I'm more than
positive it is a misunderstanding. Calling for backup just to have a female
officer search a suspect would be redundant and a waste of resources. It's
sexist to think that men are not as capable of being professional in their
searches as women.

the video before releasing the slander demons located at the ends of your
wrists. The proof is right there where the officer pulls the drugs from the
suspect's jacket and it was merely foul placement of the drugs already on
him back into the vehicle. I think the purpose of the FEMA camps are for
idiots like you that don't think or research before they slander others.

of a black guy who he just put cuffs on. The "war on drugs" is a farce.
Banks like Wells Fargo profit (still) from laundering drug money on a
MASSIVE scale. The "war on drugs" corrupted your country, and you're saying

Don`t they have a procedure in the Police departments across the country,

The bag that is pulled from the suspects pocket 5:21, is indeed smaller
than the one the police officer pulls from his own 20:10. I mean why the
fuck would he need to plant the evidence in the car if he had already of
gotten the evidence from the suspects person???

The full video shows the police officers taking the drugs off of the 2
arrested originally and the cop who handcuffed the guy put the drugs from
the guy into his pocket for who knows why. But this clip makes it look like
the cops are corrupt when in reality of the situation they weren't planting
drugs or anything. It was this clip of the video that became so widespread
which turned into a big deal because the cops did not follow procedure with
the drugs which in turn made them look corrupt.

These thugs got so use to getting away with planting drugs on people that
they got careless and finally some defense lawyer got the dash tape. I
would be calling for the tape to be reviewed in my case as well. These cops
should not only be fired, but arrested for drug possession themselves. How
much drugs have they taken off of people that never made it into evidence?
How much have they taken for their own use or to sell?

I truly hope this Police Department will be Investigated by Federal
Authorities for Civil Rights violations as well as Criminal charges for
this officer(s) involved. ACLU and NAACP need to also look into this,
because Utica Police have a long history of violating minorities civil
rights and getting away with it. The Department seems to stand still in
time, in terms of rights and justice for Blacks, in particular

@Headshothorror4488 I have to respectfully disagree. Believe it or not, it
is actually less than 1% of officers who misuse their badge. But its guys
like this who piss me off and make it very hard for the us honest officers,
because the thing that we need most and also the hardest thing to get is

I "liked" this video because the Utica Phoenix newspaper kept digging till
they got the dash cam recording. Makes ya wonder who all was trying to hide
this video...I feel bad for the couple that was arrested and for the Utica
police department as a whole because not ALL cops are dirty like at least
one if not both of these are.

The police were lazy but not corrupt, in the full video it shows them
taking the drugs off of the guy who is handcuffed and the police officer
put them in his pocket for who knows why so this widespread clip makes them
look guilty in corrupt when in reality they are just lazy & did not follow
procedure.

If most of you idiots actually watched the full video that is linked in the
description, you would see the police took those bags from the man's jacket
at 5:20 in the video. The man even smiles when he is caught. There was no

The drugs weren't planted they were pulled off the guy in the handcuffs and
the police officer put them in his pocket being lazy instead of following
