Because he knew it would distract whoever he was playing against. He sucked at it and the only way he could win was if I was there wearing a low cut top. So every time we went I would wear a jacket over a low cut top. When I played I had the jacket on, when he played I took the jacket off to give him the advantage. I didn't have to cheat because I could actually play well. But he's my little brother and he always lost anyways when he played me at home so I figured it was only fair to help him win once in a while.

Simply firing a shot in the middle of the spread cross hairs will most likely result in a miss. There is a moment when the game engine centers the shot when certain movements and timing are done correctly.
