Not to sound a smart ass but the answer was kind of obvious. But if the
Universe is constantly expanding then time travel to the past would be
impossible, wouldn't it? I mean if space time it's self is emitted from
the big bang, constantly moving outwards from the source so too would the
energy needed to support a worm hole. It wouldn't be heading back in on
it's self? However forward in time sounds plausible.

Yeah, that is another theory. The big squeeze, as opposed to the big freeze. As you said it's all just a theory.. If you think about it, very little science is actual fact. We still know pretty much nothing about anything but Biology and Chemistry.

Time travel isn't possible or it would have happened already. If you
believe what this documentary is saying that past, present and future
exists concurrently with one another.
The example of their time travel into the future was to go near a black
hole so time slows down for you and you only age only by 2 hours whereas
everyone else on earth has aged by 50 years. That's not exactly time travel
per se - you just slowed down time for yourself. Conversely if you wanted
to go back in time that doesn't appear possible. Using the same example as
slowing down time for yourself but in the inverse. -- you speed up time for
yourself somehow and then you return to earth but you will find that earth
would have moved forward in time by 2 hours but you would have aged by 50
years.
But there doesn't seem like a way to move past the historical point of when
you took off to get to the past. But I guess that's where wormhole comes in
but if it existed we would have traveled through a wormhole.

Shit documentary 15 mins in that douche presenter says moving toward that
man he would see time slowing. That is copulate utter bs he would see time
run faster moving towards and slower moving away dumb ass. And on top of
that relative time dilation is nothing more than a optical illusion caused
by the red shift of light totally pointless.
