@nonindividualist In california they can open carry but it can not be loaded. I don't see the point in this at all. I open carry in Louisiana with a full clip and one in the chamber just as the police do.

Open Carrying wasn't about "feeling cool" or advertizing the fact that I'm going around "strapped," it was, at the time, the only legal option for people in California to exercise their second amendment rights (those without the political connections required to gain a CCW in this corrupt state). I'm glad you're able to carry concealed, but unfortunately for me and the vast majority of Californian's it simply isn't an option. Our rights have been stripped by the corrupt legislators.

@jordub There is a concealed carry law on the books in California, but the issuing agency (usually the local sheriff's department) has the power to deny anyone's application for a CCW for any reason what-so-ever, no matter how spotless our background is. I actually already possess CCW's from other states, yet I'm still denied a CCW permit here in California.

stayed at the Marriott in manhattan beach a couple years ago, nice place. i understand what you are doing, but unfortunately, not everyone feels or understands the 4th is as important as you and I do. When the cops stop people for open carry, its because a scared, sheep has called the police. Thats why I conceal. Is conceal carry allowed in California

what is the point of this video? i love how people who open carry get off to the fact that they're video taping and sometimes get stopped by police about their gun. just conceal carry and be done with it. if you live in CA, move the f*ck out of that state. nothing but queers and hippies.

I live in in El Segundo. I can honestly say if I was seen, given my appearance, open carrying in my town there would most certainly be more than a few concerned citizens. Cheers for imposing your rights on California.

hopefully by now the novelty has worn off and you conceal. Or, ya dont feel the need to tape and feel cool while OC'ing.... for me the novelty lasted about a month and now I just conceal....
