@Eva Jonuzi +Eva Jonuzi Girl, you're totally missing the point of this video! Now, to make it more simple and clear for you: The company contacted me and asked me to do this review! As I normally do honest reviews, when my experience with a company is great, my reviews are positive, but this one wasn't even close to a positive experience so I felt like it would be only fair to tell my viewers the truth about what happened. If I was a paying customer here, I would be so pissed off! It's not the classic case of " not as described item", as I got a TOTALLY different item from what I ordered...nothing was even remotely similar, not the model, not even the colour, to what I ordered. And they assured me they're having this dress custom made for me and they even asked for my measurments! When I asked the customer's service what had happened and what shall we do about it (I wanted to sort that out with them before I make my review, as I my intentions never were to talk trash about some company)...they replied with a simple: "Proxy companies sometimes make this error." ,and not a single word more than that! I ALWAYS compliment a company when it deserves to be complimented, but in this case, come on...!I wanted to say what happened to me, because I would have wanted to know these things about a company before I make my purchase and give my hard earned money to somebody who clearly doesn't deserve it, as they don't know how to do business. Now about me seeking attention...I don't even know how to address that! You're clearly free to make your own conclusions, and I don't even know you so I don't even care...but...to be totally honest, everyone who is on youtube seeks for attention, and I don't mean that in a bad way. But if you open your channel and start posting videos, you clearly have something to say, and a message you want to be heard, right? Or are we supposed to pretend we're making these videos for ourselves to watch, for our own amusement? Yes, I'm glad that this video got 26.5k views, as a youtubber and blogger of course I'm glad when my content gets noticed, or should I be a hypocrite and tell you that I couldn't care less?... but I'm at the same point sad that it's the bad review that got so much attention, unlike the many great reviews I posted here on this channel! Now this partly gives you the right when you say that "people are really ready to complain but NEVER call or contact you to say that you were good, you solved the problem or smth like that..", but that clearly isn't my fault, is it?

+Eva Jonuzi Girl, nobody said that my words are the law here, what are you talking about? I was just sharing my experience. You're delusional. I agree, let's not waste eachother's time. Bye!

I think you do that since you're the one who is out here to save the online buying world. As for me, I am not trying to change people's mind or heart about anything they think or experienced.. I am pretty sure that it is only a matter of time before you actually bring out the really good web site which to buy from. And I'm really sorry I do not have the time or interest to answer to all you actually wrote since my time here is costing me and making you actually earn them.Free speech, helping people and all but if and when you do just bring out all the pros and cons. This is my honest opinion.Blogs or not I think that one experience of only one person should not be a law for others. That is what I think is wrong. And frankly? The " prevent from spending their hard earned money" ?? I'm in tears....Have a nice day. If anyone is interested in having help about online buying is really free to contact me.Thank you  ;)

+Eva Jonuzi 1. Of course you can make your point, as I said in my previous comment :"You're clearly free to make your own conclusions, and I don't even know you so I don't even care..."2. Because you didn't understand my video, I thought I'd be "long & wordy" and try to explain you here what had really happened, as you called it "a classic case of not as described item", which it wasn't because I got something completely different. And you also said: "people are really ready to complain but NEVER call or contact you to say that you were good, you solved the problem or smth like that...", which isn't my case, because before making this review, I tried contacting their customer's service several times, not only one.3. I never said you're the one seeking for attention, in fact, I said, having my youtube channel and blog, I'm obviously glad when my videos get noticed.4. I made this video thinking exactly about those "people who were willing to give it a try and now won't because of me"...I'm actually happy if I was able to prevent them from spending their hard earned money to a company who clearly doesn't deserve it, and then, spending more of their precious time trying to contact "a whole bunch of buyer's protection programs" in attempt to solve bad online buying experiences. Isn't it better to prevent something like this from happening?5. I can only suggest you to go read my first comment again, or actually watch my video, because I honestly believe you draw your own conclusions without actually watching the video, or reading my previous comment.6. Now you can actually do something helpful for all those who got scammed buying from shady companies and give the links or contact details of this "whole bunch of buyer's protection programs etc working to solve bad online buying experiences", I'm sure my viewers will appreciate it! You can leave the contact details in your next comment! Thank you!

I did get the point dear, I was just making my point too. Or can't I? There's no need to rewrite it all since I would have to agree to whom said it is long and wordy. As for seeking attention... Well this must be the third comment I ever made so I can say that the attention seeker here is not me.. I've had the opportunity to work for customer care for many well known companies and what I said was my living experience. It is good to say what happened to you but it is a great deal of responsibility to affect people who want to eventually buy from an online site. People who were willing to give it a try and now won't because of you. When there are a whole bunch of buyer's protection programs etc working to solve bad online buying experiences. I repeat that I lost some money on lightinthebox too, some items never arrived an I got my money back. Maybe it just me being on the other side that think of it a bit differently, you can call me an attention seeker but in the meanwhile I just hope that I made my point too.

i had not a very positive experience with this site too but, come on people!!! you expect couture dresses wore by vips or princesses, bought with ...what? usd 10-15 and believe it would be just the same???? this 17 minutes video is just a classic " not as described item" situation so I don't really see what is the big deal here. You have thousands of these situations on ebay or amazon etc so i don't see what the problem is here besides the leak of attention the girl here clearly is looking for! in costumer service experiences i can reassure you people are really ready to complain but NEVER call or contact you to say that you were good, you solved the problem or smth like that... girl you got 26.5k viewers, the attention is now given I suppose.
