i find it truly ridiculous for these Pastors to say that they are going to go with the flow of the way things are and continue what is clearly the wrg things that were passed down by the Pagan worshippers just because it is easier.. the path to the righteous is narrow and just because you try and justify the reasons behind why these rituals are celebrated doesnt make it by far ok!! God doesnt look favorable upon those that feel as tho they can take it upon themselves to change the bible laws

I ARDENTLY DISAGREE WITH THIS GUY! ..."there's too much water under the bridge, too much history to try to reverse it now. Um, most people have no idea that Easter means anything other than the resurrection of Christ." If Martin Luther had adopted this attitude, where would we be?! The enemy wants to be 'like Christ' so surely if we lift Christs' name on High and sybolise His death and resurrection with breaking of bread and sipping of wine then alternatively we inadvertantly lift the enemy's name on high and celebrate the enemy with symbolisms of his pagan festivals. The preachers here present what appear to be rational arguements (some of which I agree with) but appear to be decieved by the enemy who wants to be 'like The Most High' worshiped and revered by man.

If God wanted us to celebrate the birth, death, and resurrection then He would 've said so in His Word like He did with Israel for the Passover and the other day's He commanded to celebrate. With that being said, then these day's that have nothing to do with Christianity should've never been started. They were started for the converting pagan's shortly after the time of Constantine, because they clutched to ther false religion. Also none of these day's coincide with the actual events.

How does one get in touch with Chuck, Don and Brian? They are misleading millions of people. To actually know where these things originated from and to say it is ok to do it, when the word of God says DONT! So tell me good pastors...just how did the pagans celebrate Easter? With Early morning sunrise facing the east? With hot cross buns? With bunnies? Eggs? Is it not connected with the fertility goddess Ishtar...where Easter got ot's name? Just because it is a fact that Jesus was born and that Jesus was raised from the dead does not mean that a person automatically "celebrates" these times, as the question-taker suggests here. Any one who claims to be a Christian, yet practices the ways of the world, is still in MYSTERY BABYLON and does not qualify to teach anyone the Bible because they have not rightly divided it, Chuck Smith being no exception. God's holidays do not include Christ Mass and Ishtar goddess veneration.

December 25th is Nimrod's birthday. Easter is the Goddess with many names Ishtar. The king Constantine was pagan. Most of our holidays are pagan but try to pretend it's about christianity. Facing the east to worship the sun was common in pagan days. Why are most holidays celebrated on SUNdays? Even the sabbath is observed on SUNday. Children are used as blackmail to keep these holidays including the pagan Valentines day and Christmas which has more to do with Nimrods birth.
