+OnlineInTime I can tell you've never baked.If you've ever baked a cake or Choux dough, opening the oven door causes the risen dough to deflate from the influx of cold air. This oven is perfect for that perfectly timed cake/eclair. No guess work, as soon as I see crust, I go.

its actually more useful when the house is big. like your room is upstairs and the kitchen is far behind of the house. im pretty sure you wont want to take frequent trips to the oven just to make sure everything is alright. nonetheless, it still not for everyone majoritively.
