@GIjoemomma002 only mechanical differences are 91 and 92's use 2 bolt
bearings, in 93 they were up'd to 4 bolts. crankshaft became nitride steel
instead of cast iron. i know they revamped the head and valvetrain to
combat the knocking, but i wanna say they finally got around to that in
'99. if you are looking for more power out of your 3kgt, but still want a
daily driver every year is fine. it's all 6g72, pretty rock solid engine
with fracture split connecting rods. can handle 500bhp any day.
@GIjoemomma002 I have a '91 with only 80k on it and ray said with bigger
turbos, injector, fuel pump, open exhuast, boost controler and a bit of
labor you can get 500hp no problem. but i would have Ray P do it. he knows
these engines inside and out. i went for a ride in his car, HOLY SHIT that
is fast. i bought a '91 stealth R/T TT from his shop a few months later and
use it as a daily driver to pick up my kids from day care and school. it
helps me save time. HEHE ;)
@Funguspower2 its in NY google pampena motorsports. and as far as changes
it all depends on what you want done. my 600awhp goal can easily be
achieved on a stock short block and heads and for less than 6k in parts but
like you, college is taking all my money for now. xD
@GIjoemomma002 If you build the motor, sure. The 91-93 did NOT have forged
cranks, and they tended to be weaker than those WITH forged cranks ( weird
right?) but generally, any engine, if you build it and keep it healthy, you
can work on it.
that car is freaking fast. i raced him on my crotch rocket after bald hill
car show down north ocean. he boggged bad of the line cause he was still
tuning it and he past my bike like i was standing still at about 120mph...
things no joke...
@GIjoemomma002 nah.. the 1g - 3g motors deff dont cant make the same amount
of power without crank walk, transfer cases are stronger and can handle
more abuse, trannys become stronger 6 speeds, and a couple other small
things were changed
@bskater24 i am planning to build one my self i was going to stroke it as
well i was also going to and bigger fuel pump and injectors can i get a
list of what you did
this is why ray is the man. i cant say enough how professional yet down to
earth this guy is. he knows everything about these cars and his results are
simply amazing.
Where is Ray's shop located? I got a 1994 vr4 I would seriously like to
work on some day after college. What are some of the biggest changes to be
done for more speed?
Did a block test to see if the head was cracked or blown and test passed with flying colors! Can't figure out where this steam and water are coming from!? Please ...

Test drive unlimited mod - mitsubishi 3000 GT WITH LOGITECH G25 (HD)
What a nice vid! But, if it's a VR4, the AC panel is wrong, and the fuel
cut happens at 7300 rpm. I can't see if the stock boost gauge works too,
but I liked! This model on vid has a 97-98 wing and a 99 front, did you do
that?
If they make a new test drive unlimited with updated grapihics, new cars,
some 90's cars, gauges realitic, real sounds, can drift around the corner..
I'll deffinately buy it, i can drive around all day in that game
This is nice, man. The reproduction is spot-on. My only question is why the
newest, 1996 model was used. the earlier 1993 model was cooler with the
pop-up headlights, and the different spoiler.

Gran Turismo - Machine Test - Mitsubishi GTO '95 - 426 kph! Watch in High Quality! Have fun!
I was with the believe that the GTO '92 was quicker as well. I also
remember not using the race modification as maybe that adds a little drag
from the extra downforce?
Well, that's the official machine test. It's important for comparing to
other players. And it's the official mode for rankings. Behind other cars
doesn't mean top speed.
