I did this yesterday in a practice scrimmage, but I jumped a little more to piss off our goalie. Haha, until now I didn't know why my coach had yelled "When did we get Cody Jamieson on the team!"

They have refs so the coaches dont have to. Its hard to watch players working on specific things while officiating a game like situation at the same time. This way, the players do not get an advantage that they would not in a game - and get a false idea of a play based on something that would not fly in a game
