+The Misfit The argument was that women and men tend to feel the heat differently : Men would dress lightly in the summer and benefit from the air conditionning but women, who supposedly feel colder on average, would need to dress for lower temperatures indoor and for higher temperatures outdoor, requiring them to change more often during a single day, thus being "discriminated against".

+The Misfit Office air conditioning prevents women from "dressing for the season" in summertime and forces them to cover themselves along with their male colleagues. Thereby taking away their ability to attention-whore via revealing clothing. Oppression!
