How do you fire a coach after one season? The problem with the Browns organization starts at the top. They consistently fire coaches, How can a coach succeed if not given the time to establish his game plan. WHAT IF, The Steelers fired Chuck Noll after his first few seasons, they would not have been the power house of the 70s. WHAT IF, Belichick never got another head coaching job after his stay in Cleveland? Those two coaches did not have success early in their head coaching careers and now both regarded as some of the greatest coaches in NFL history... Chudzinski did not get support from Banner/ Lombardi or Haslin for that matter...THEY are the ones that are responsible for this debacle of a season

I'm going to go out on a limb here and make a prediction. Rob Chudzinski will be coach of the Cleveland Browns for at least 10 years and they will win at least 3 Super Bowls in that time period.
