Moral of the story is, the grass is always greener on the other side, you
will never be happy if you're always in a state of entitlement always
wishing and hoping to have something more, something else. Stop
complaining, Get out there and make your life awesome because life is
literally what you make it. American blacks have got to get over this self
hatred thing, The rest of the black people across the world realize how
awesome it is to be black, did you see the Olympics? we're EVERYWHERE bro.

I get make fun of by a lot of Black people (friends and people at school)
because of my interest in Asian cultures. I get rift on for listing to
Korean and Japanese music over hiphop. I get laughed at for cosplaying my
favorite character who has white skin or Asian, and I can't pull off the
cosplay well because of my skin color and facial features. That's why most
Black people into anime don't cosplay because of skin color. I am one of
the few who do cosplay. It would be better if I was Asian.

Being black is awesome. BTW most of Japanese and Korean popular culture has
been heavily influenced by western culture Particularly African American,
and Rock cultures; you especially see this in their music they did not
invent hip- hop, sneakers, break dancing or electric guitar etc. They
copied it well and made it their own. Be yourself their are plenty of nerdy
black people who are really into asian culture (seriously A LOT) Funny
thing is I know a Asian guy who wants to be black.

I buy clothes from Asia because I find their fashion really cool and
different. People tell me I ain't Black enough because I don't wear nike's,
jordens, babyphat, just urban/hiphop clothing. A lot of my so called
friends pretending to speak Chinese to me in a racist way because I can
speak Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. My life would be better if I was
Korean or Japanese and I wouldn't be make fun of because of my interest
into their culture, fashion, media, things and language.

I liked asian culture also still do those ppl are not the type of ppl to
surround yourself with,most of them probably have similar interest but are
to scared and not as bold like you to express yourself so they follow the
crowd..I personally don't do cliques very well..btw,I love rock music, Hong
Kong movies and korean drama and don't care who make fun of me.. :)
