To combat that, we have Constitutions and we try to curb that to the degree possible. I say we need improvements to that, because we can do better then we have done since the middle ages. I'm not the one who is chasing a utopia. The current capitalist wildness with it's halfbaked democracy, that is the utopia, it's falling to pieces around you. Does that mean my idea will be forever paradise ? I don't expect that, but I expect it to do a little better then what we have now.

If you do not belief in that at all, in other words if you are an anarchist that fits in that historical movement, then I'd say we better not start a discussion - been there, done that. The problem is that the State is merely the comity of the public good, that is charged with doing a job that the people need doing. It can be building a bridge, it can be digging a well, and it can be all sorts of things. This is what anarchists never understand, that they merely are against the word State, but when they actually create their societies what do they do ? They need to come together, and make decisions, and then they'll say to a certain person(s) that they will have to do that. That is the State, but they can't understand that, and that's why anarchism is useless in my opinion. What is useful is law, but it has to be good law, and the State must be made the servant of the people so that it will not become the master. Anarchists shrink from this difficult task, and resort to a stone-age or even pre-stone age (animalistic) mode, which is essentially complete disintegration and would also mean a return to the early stone age or even before humankind. That's the condition where there can be true anarchy, and the wild of nature is large enough to absorb everyone who does not want to be part of any particular roaming group, and where individuals might retain some power to survive - although actually i think that does not even exist either (study social animals and you'll know.)Secondly, Americans may confuse the State with their own Imperial state. The state doesn't have to be Imperial; personally I think we should put the maximum sized State on half a million people, and then there is a support shell around a federation of 50 such States, that forms a Sovereignty. This is quite a long way outside of what Americans are used to, as well as Russians, Chinese, and other people who live in the large Empires and have lost therefore all control over their Governments and States.

Larger companies who no longer operate under the original entrepreneur, will be forced to adopt an internally democratic charter, and submit as much to the courts as their publicly known and potentially publicly enforced system of internal governance. It must have an absolute minimum of influence by those working there, how they want to do that exactly is up to them (templates should be available for various tastes; older children / young adults need a minimum of education and experience in talking & and listening to each other, to make this go somewhat smooth - arts such as taking a loss, getting the other their problem, talking without getting angry, etc.)Ok i'll leave it at only this idea for now. I realize this is a huge challenge for many people. However at the same time: in our Dutch nation it has been the law for I have no idea how long already, that businesses larger then 50 people elect a labor parliament (is that unheard off in the anglo-saxon world ?). Historically we are at the point of making that the fundamental power (in my opinion). You can choose quite strict systems, like electing a board once every so many years and then have minimum discipline trickle down. I can not belief this is beyond the capability of most adults.We'll need some good solutions for after the next revolutionary overthrow of the corrupting cliques.

When the "rot" is from the top it has a criminal "trickle-down effect" through an entire organization. "If the bosses do it, why can't we?".Importantly, I personally witnessed the PREVIOUSLY "best of the best" (often decades long DEDICATED associates) in the company RUTHELESSLY thrown into the proverbial volcano with absolutely NO empathy OR compassion when they were seen no longer of "use" - no matter WHAT that meant. Lives TOTALLY and INSTANTLY ... destroyed.Once I discovered the top of MY pyramid, wanting NOTHING to do with their CRIMES ... I got the HELL out of there!And....they came after me! (With VENGEANCE!)POLICE... SOLDIERS...MERCENARIES..... BEWARE!!!

The reason for that could be psychological: these 1st destructive police forces where assembled originally by promises and cozying up with each other, and so they will feel entitled to a payout after they have destroyed what was good about society. The rest of society by that point is ruled by fear, and these then probably become the better slaves in the minds of the ruling cliques, using them to vanguish their original palls. As the saying goes: there is no honor among thieves, the US police & military are out of their minds in thinking they are on any kind of team with organized crime. Organized crime holds together through mutual blackmail, murder & fear, not any kind of positive sense of belonging.Professional criminals I suppose just look down on collegue criminals (US military and police who break Constitution/law) who don't do their due dilligence collecting blackmail material and a defensible position, or murdering out their competitors when that is good for profit. They're just incompetent 'trash' who need a lesson by getting killed, in their minds. You could say, they deserve that, in both moral systems (the good and the evil, both say these initial storm-troopers deserve death, either for incompetence in evil, or incompetence in good.)

I had her as a lawyer maybe two years befor that happened and after having her as my lawyer against APD for over 3 years (took that to settle) I knew her on a routine basis and she was one of the happiest people I had ever met and I think that it's all a big cover and theres way to many things in the evidence that proves it was a murder and it came from 1 of 2 people or directions...
