I'm happy you're doing these experiments with food waste. My understanding is that using food waste is more productive than using manure, but is also trickier to do because maintaining the proper PH balance for methane production is harder. A food waste "recipe" would be a valuable thing to have. Still, in many countries, food waste is limited. Most of what little there is would be fed to animals. On the other hand, a traditional septic tank produces methane. Something to think about.
