do you know anything more about queen's court now? I think I'm gonna commit
to Fordham, and I'm trying to get a good idea of the dorms. I would like to
be at queen's court since I wanna be around more people that are
substance-free, but I keep reading on college confidential that it can be
horrible and no one cares about the wellness housing. it's pretty
discouraging and if it's not really about wellness, then I don't think it'd
be worth the extra work of living there.
also how much more intensive is queen's court, do you know? or rather, is
Fordham already intensive enough and queen's court is just a lot more extra
work/stress?
+naviproductions anything you need to know would be right here, //www.fordham.edu/info/21238/first_year_programs/3228/queen_s_court_residential_college it breaks it down better than I can because I didn't live there. But the people I know that lived there loved it. Of course there are a few people that choose not to adhere to the rules, but it's really about who you associate yourself with.
Hey Caitlin!
I am a about to be a junior in High School, what are somethings that I
could join or classes I could take that would look impressive when
submitting an application to Fordham?
I have one more question: What are you currently studying?
Thanks!
+Caitlin Carmody Thanks! I've recently received a forum to join National Honors Society, so I guess i'll be taking advantage of this opportunity. Now I kind of have an idea of what electives and clubs to join this coming semester! :DThank-You!
+AZKr3w34 Hey! So I'm on the Pre-Law track here at Fordham but I am a Political Science Major with a Minor in American Studies though I'm thinking of double minoring in Spanish. There's no perfect club resume, but I can speak for my own experience. I got involved in Mock Trial freshman through senior year, also student council, Spanish club, drama society, National Honors Society, prom committee, and even some student government. I chose to participate in more academic clubs because those were my interests, but sports and volunteer work are always highly looked at. I think that its important to show how you can work with a team and take on leadership positions. Hope this helps. good luck!
