+JuggernautFitnessTV Geat video jason. Couldn't agree more! A lady at my
job wants to have the Bariatric surgery to lose weight. She told me a
friend of hers said, don't have the surgery, just exercise and make better
food choices. I told her I agree with your friend, the surgery is not the
route to go, you should just exercise reguarly. She replied "yeah, it's
easy for you, not for me". People are just full of excuses. Her only
priority is work, and our job has a incentive program that provides up to 3
hours per week of paid time off for anyone who wants to go to the gym. The
gym is literally a 2 minute drive from our office building. Talk about
excuses...lol I use those 3 hours every single week. I know people who
had that same surgery and all of them gained the weight back over the
years, and i told her she needs to change her lifestyle because the surgery
is not going to fix that problem. Yeah you're going to lose weight after
the surgery, but if things dont change, you will gain all the weight back,
guaranteed!
Incentive program to promote health and wellness. I use it monday, wed, and friday. so my work hours are 8 to 430 and on the days i use it, i leave work at 330pm and go straight to the gym. So it's not like i have to come back to work all sweaty and tired... when i'm done, i go home.
A job where you can get paid to train at the gym for 3 of your work hours per week? That removes all excuses. Wow.

+Greensoul14Go with what works for you;) If you feel great, then what other prove do you need:D I believe that your body will tell you, just by having cravings, in case you'll be lacking in sth. Do your own experimenting, it's the best way to learn anyway(;
Thank you . Im a little comfused. I do feel the best on fruit, but i am stuck at whether believing science or the results of me and others. I feel like fruitarian diet would be the best for me and i would thrive on it but HCLFV doctors talk like veggies are the most important and fruit is great but not as a stable. I guess you are doing half of both. :D
+Greensoul14Fruit of course, it will always be the Nr 1(: it has everything our body needs to thrive, fruit's always the best! But I do believe that greens are important and because our bodies have evolved since the discovery of fire, that led to our stomachs becoming smaller (I got this from the "Pleasure trap" author Dr Douglas Lisle")and more suited to fit in calorie dense foods, like cooked veggies, grains, starches, then, I actually believe that rt4 is the way to go:D The fun thing is, I have never tried it, but am certain, I'll feel my 100% best on it, because I know how specific foods affect my body;) I believe it's the most optimal/sustainable way to eat for a human being:)
+Greensoul14 LOL :D I would never do that! April fools doesn't exist in my calendar;)I never have enough bananas so I drink sugar and eat rice:D But obviously, I would go for fruit if I had enough;)
+Liene .Bērziņa Agh, the ignorance. I just laugh at it these days, I can't take those people seriously:D
