@Wingnutcaseman See details on Sound Transits website, Tacoma Rail track is being used for the extension to Lakewood, and WSDOT has funding to complete improvements on the entire bypass. You'll have to search WSDOTs website for details, They wont let me post the links for you here.

A funny thought occurred to me. How will Sound Transit extend service farther to the south if their Tacoma station is several blocks away from the BNSF main line like this?

Wow, I can't believe they had seven cars on there, UTA FrontRunner in Salt Lake City usually only has three! Is ridership high on the Sounder?
