Congrats on the Second view...lol. You have to be fast to beat TZ, he's pretty on the ball... I've been up and down out of bed checking on this upload for the last 3 hours (it took soooo longggg) - so I'm glad you liked it..lol. I'll be honest, I was hesitant when I first tried this salad because I'd never eaten raw zucchini - but OMG, it's incredible...thanks for viewing...x

I was thinking the salad was amazing, and then out came the lamb chops. Lamb is not cheap here either (US). Bought lamb chops last month for 7.99 (US) a pound. Have seen it higher. It looked like a feast to me. Pork is the best bargain here right now. Thanks

Hey there, yep - surely was for colour effect - you can use any other colour capsicum (pepper). So pleased you're making this - would love to hear what you think of it, and how it goes with your family....and Happy Independance Day in advance.

It's so unfair - we all really love lamb chops, but you only get 3 bites from each one....and hard to justify the price. Makes it a real treat though, I guess. Thanks so much for viewing - have you seen my other channels yet?

Lol..."the aussie" called a Zucchini a Zucchini. It's definitely not a cucumber. It is sometimes called a courgette in countries other than Australia.
