why do most indian speak English, the language of their ruler rather then their own? They feel a sense of pride of superiority? If i go to France people speak Frence , if i go to Germany people speak German hell even in Pakistan people more likely speak Urdu

THe drones battery does not last long. 10 minutes average. lol so it patrols real quick then needs to land to change out batteries. Why is there a police shortage? There are a billion people living in India, i'm sure they can hire more cops. lol
