is it racist to say its hard to do color tattoos on dark skin? this is 2015
after all where anything said or done how ever correct it might be is
racist cause it makes people butthurt and hostel...
missed the point.. I know its not racist, but that doesn't mean plenty of idiots wont think it is and hate me for it.. in reality hate my skin color cause I cant ever say anything right, like I said these days I can say the sky is blue and some one some place will take offence and Im an evil racist.. only cause Im white.. If Im any other color I can say what ever I want its all good..
+Coolnicknameguy No it's not racist, it's just a harsh reality, and I would brace yourself to stand by your values. Color tattoos, and generally for cosmetic purposes, all tattoos are for fair skinned people.
yeah but my point is these days a white guy can say the sky is blue and hes an evil nazi that must be killed or atleast messaged 100k times with hate speach
Also wanted to add, I have three tattoos, two are color tatts. Light blues,
turquoise, pink, green and red really pop on darker skin but hands down to
turquoise though. That's an amazing color!
+Janelle X Sounds like your tattoo is awesome! There is an artist here in Atlanta that owns a place called City of Ink which specializes in darker skin, you should see their work. It rocks.
+Lizzie Beth I have a dream catcher with turquoise, raspberry pink, purples and blues, even peachy orange and all of the colors are GREAT. I am pleasantly surprised how lovely the colors came out. I am a tad lighter than peanut butter and I was concerned that the colors would not be vibrant...oh yes they are! Your tatts sound very colorful and lovely too!
Nice vid very informative
on a side note I swear black people are the ultimate race debate starter
they get so butt hurt with that shit the guy is trying to HELP people
understand how black skin works so in a sense he try to keep your skin
beautiful and all they can see is ... racist point get out of your feeling
and listen before you open your mouth to scream white ppl are racist and
befor i press enter im black and even if i werent that should be the
fucking issue
Plenty of light skinned Africans and people of African descent who aren't
"mixed down the line", but good video outside of that awkward comment (and
the charcoal thing).
+Lola Grey LOL. Don't be so sensitive. The guy was just trying to explain the skin tone of whomever he had tattooed. "Black" people come in so many different tones and complexions I can see how it can be hard to explain. Especially for someone who isn't black themselves.
Oil Paints Review
A review of several types of traditional artists oil paint brands. Credits: Video production and content: Marty Owings For Sponsorships or Product Reviews: ...
+Alizah Hassan -- Hi Alizah, nope it's completely different from watercolors. Oils are easy to mix, but you need to know what you're doing. I recommend watching some oil mixing YouTube's to get familiar with the best methods and to understand how the colors work together. Good luck and thanks for watching. - Marty
I've tried for a long time to no avail to find a review of Lukas 1862
watercolor.Since you enjoy their oil paint, is there any chance you would
review their 1862 aquarelle?
+Owings Art Awesome, thanks so much, I appreciate you considering the idea ^-^ If possible, it would be great if you would do a sort of comparison of them in addition to a basic review. Just to have a scale to think about. Comparing them to more well known watercolors, like Daniel smith, winsor and newton, and M-Graham artist lines.
+AntiFormKeyblade Thanks for the suggestion, I've added it to my list for 2016. I'll try to get to it in January if I can. Thank and Happy New Year! - Marty
I guess I was looking for more 'comparison -pros and cons' rather than just
a blanket statement that they are all o.k.
thnx anyway. And if the tape measure is used for scale I think your hands
and midsection supply adequate info on that.
sorry, I'm a bit bored now. Should be painting.
+Alfred Rivera Thanks for note Alfred. YouTube is a spectacular resource for both information and entertainment, perhaps another channel or video will have what you're looking for. Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave your thoughts. Good luck!
Nice video. I too like Sennelier oils, but I also use Gamblin and M.
Graham. I don't know if you've tried them, but they are pretty good quality
and worth checking out.
+stojanovich personally, i find it depends on the paint color/pigment. Earth colours are pretty nice quality even from student grade lines, but some colours such as a "middle yellow" should be splurges when necessary because it really does make a difference
+stojanovich I agree with, but I also think better quality paints can make a difference in the right hands. :-) Thanks for watching and for the comment. Have a great day!
+GaryCraig965 Thanks Gary - This was made before I could afford a decent mic. I think you'll find my recent videos have much improved sound quality. Thanks for the note and for visiting the channel. Have a fantastic day!
