Yes it has taillights but for some reason they were off at the time of this filming. Interestingly, I think these cars were sold at bicycle, and scooter shops from the information I could find on the web.

I never heard the BOV in your Kei car... Which car and BOV do you have? I just bought a Honda N/ Turbo in Chiba.
