+Jon Oh........ You're one of THOSE pseudo intellectuals who think the First Amendment is absolute. Here's a couple of things they taught in the numerous more advanced classes in Constitutional law that you could have taken in addition to the 9th grade social studies class on which you apparently base all of your rightly ours arguments. 1) Fraternities and universities are private or semi-private entities. Thus, the First Amendment ( the lynchpin of your sophomoric argument) applies to pretty much nothing that happens there. The First Amendment governs PUBLIC speech. A private entity can establish any rules it wants about speech. Don't believe me? Walk up to you boss this afternoon while s mixed group of colleagues are around and ask them who they'd like to rape. Let us know what happens. 2) Even public speech that incites, encourages, promotes the intentional or reasonably inevitable harm on others is NOT protected by the First Amendment.
