Hi Vera - these are an Australian brand of wafer by a company called Altimate foods - they are called Natural Ice Cream Wafers. I find they are usually stocked in with the ice cream cones at the store, not over with the biscuits where you'd expect to see them. Good luck finding some, and if not, just use any flat, squarish biscuit. So glad you're enjoying the channel and it is absolutely my pleasure to share these ideas with you :) XX Elise

I make real gingerbread and have for years.. this cupcake would follow that love when taking cupcakes to parties..such a creative channel..thank you for sharing these ideas with everyone. My question is with the waffers. could you give me the name of them as I have not seen them in the stores in the usa..
