They're about 10mm ID. The fuel rail's front thread has been grown from M12 to M14 banjo and the stock regulator removed with an aluminium plug with M14 thread. The banjo bolts are drilled for more flow. I will be using a new custom rail with my new intake soon.
last.
Damn db regs!! Who the fcuk cares...it's a freaking racecar on a
racetrack!!! It's like people who kick up a fuss about the local pub/tavern
for being noisy...when they've just bought the house opposite. Why move
near it if noise is a problem??? Bahhh!!!!
I know! Bahh!! It really heats me this this whole noise topic. In fact, a
bone stock 997 GT3 or 997 Turbo is too loud! How insane is that.. when
they're allowed on the street. Bahhh!
what kind of spark plugs are you using? It could also be the lifters.... I
had the same noise on my car when I had Bosch Platinums, until I changed my
plugs to Super Plus. The noise have died down a bit, but it's still
there... hope this helps : )
that is knocking from the valves you will probably need the top half
rebuild i had to have it done and they said the cause for valve failure was
a leak in the oil lines so check the oil and if its low fill it up and then
let it run to lubricate
