so I'm getting a non turbo 86 944 in a little bit here and I have been searching for videos that show the exhaust because I want to make mine sound the best that It can, and so far through all of youtube yours is the best, that's what I want. I saw the begginning of the video but what exactly did you do to it? drilled holes in the muffler how many and how big? I find that people can get the 944s sounding pretty good but that low rpm idle... yuck sounds shitty, maybe I could increase idle speed?

i still have a stock setup on my 951 but i love driving through tunnels with the windows down in 2nd gear and just listening to the purr of the engine itself.

i say german cars hav the best sounding exhaust even if this is not stock i just love listening the a bmw m3 csl or a carrera gt ;)

get a drill and drill holes on the airbox the SIDE that passes thru the filter first! so it allows more air in

alright I keep seeing "drilled airbox" could somebody please describe "drilling the airbox"

SpeedForceRacing 2.5'' catback. Same effect can be achieved by using a Borla XR-1 muffler.

that sounds soo nice i have a 924S and have been lookin into systems, i was debating on getting a Dansk or Burch, but yours seems to have the sound im looking for, how much did you buy it for and where at?

Are those boxster wheels? I have a 944 with the same body style/front bumper (also red) and i have turbo twist wheels which are very nice but i've considered alternatives and these look very nice

I understand the rice remarks. If you don't have a good subwoofer it sounds like that. It is deep throaty sound. I have had many other Porsche owners tell me it sounds really good.

@57250tr Yea, those are 2005 Boxster wheels. I got the set for $375. They look really good on my car. I had phone dials on it before made, a huge difference in the way it looks.
