Lol I didn't know how to use it. For the money Im happy with it two years later. There's a link in the description for it cutting thin. Btw I don't care if people buy it I just made the video. Not like I'm a paid advertiser. Thanks for watching though

I just ordered one of these from amazon for basically the same reasons you did.. I want to use it for slicing jerky. You have had it quite a while now.. how does it work for you for jerky slices and how is it working now that you have had it for a year and a half?

I love it for beef jerky I just put the meat in the fridge for an hour or so and an makes great uniform slices.

why those SUPER thick slices? would make my sausage slices ten times thinner, and the ham seems kinds thick also. can it slice nice even slices if you slice them thinner? like 1mm
