So excited to see y'all! Sometimes your prices are shocking lol I pay $5.99
for the Chao. My favorite flavor is the creamy original; I love it for
grilled cheese or straight up. The coconut herb is great on crackers!
+FruityFoodie very nice, creamy original sounds good. Yeh the prices can be a bit high when buying form a health food store or specialty shop, but unfortunately it's the only place we've seen this stuff...Keep in mind tho that right now there's a $1.30 exchange rate, so your $6 you pay is equivalent to almost $8 here. But still, $10 is high. But so worth it to try it out!
Chao is $6 at Whole Foods in Detroit area. The herb is my least favorite,
the original is best vegan melting cheese ever IMO. I also really love the
new Follow your heart slices and they are slightly less and go on sale all
the time. I usually buy those unless Chao is on sale. I don't mind Daiya
shreds for recipes, the slices are not as good.
+Kitty Loves Kale yeh I really don't mind the Daiya shreds at all, and the "Farmhouse" blocks they have are pretty decent. But i agree the slices aren't the greatest. Not bad for grilled cheese though.
Missed you guys. Keep bringing on the Taste Test Tuesday. So excited to see
your reactions to the cheese. Isn't it so good? It melts so well. Also
awesome melted over a grilled veggie burger. I pay $5-6 for it in
Pennsylvania which I don't think is bad at all.
It melts beautifully! I wish I had more. I see another trip to that store in our near future lol.
Taste Test Tuesday | Episode 34 | Premium Chocolatiers
Welcome to the 34th episode of Taste Test Tuesday. This week we are trying a bunch of stuff from premium chocolatiers. Thanks so much for watching :) For ...
I ordered some of the white peppermint pretzels for myself, but
unfortunately mine tasted kind of plastic-y. I think it's because it's been
kind of warm here, so they may have gotten too warm in the bag they were
in. I really want to try some of that white chocolate after watching your
video!
Love how festive and excited you guys are! I just remembered I have a bag
of the 'PB' no-no's in my fridge that I've been saving-perfect time to eat
them...ha ha!
I was so impressed with everything I will def be ordering from there again :)
