This may sound funny, but my room mate and I often talk about being able to
build our own subs and mine would be 900ft long, 60ft wide, possess 8 decks
with a sail that would extend 250ft down the top of the sub and encompass 2
additional decks with storage space for 2 helicopters. There would be
decompression chambers through out the upper portion of the sail and the
lower portion could be used for any number of reasons including fuel
storage, helicopter storage and a place to store smaller water craft. The
sub would have to have a massive refrigeration system to store food as well
as all the other things that go into subs. Be able to dive to a death of
8,000ft and cruise at a maximum speed of 45 mph. Man I'd ride out every
hurricane I can find, on the surface with decks a washed. Well, that is my
dream, lol.

lol people bitching about pics first need to realize you dont spend 70+
million dollars on a boat unless you have some say in how its built. i
imagine they have option packages and lay out selections and custom build
the boat to the customers needs.
so why would you build a sub that noone will buy cuz they dont like any one
of a dozen features on it. better to waste no capital building a show
piece and just build it to order.

Do we know anybody who owns one of these? Anybody? Is there any billionaire
out there that owns a Phoenix 1000 sub? I know that rich people can be
competitive with their yachts, but I'm pretty sure having a this submarine
is gonna win that argument hands down.

yeah, & did you hear about the british & french substhat collided into 1
another? they've made them so quiet that sonar can't prevent fender benders
anymore... meanwhile julie could join the mile submerged club & make more
noise than chewbacca taking a shit.

yeah this one sucks, can't even stay submerged for a day, the 2000 i'm
getting for christmas it will be nuclear powered so i can smuggle coke from
ecuador to italy and stay submerged for months

Now we are selling new German mini submarines ( for 2-3 persons only ).
Thouse minisubs have no competitors on the world market . Please check out
an alternative way .

US nuclear subs are said to go twice as deep according to Janes Ships
(~2000ft). Never pay attention to what the stats say about US subs. They
are meant to deceive.
