+CJ DASHCAM The 30 MPH truck clip. Look closely at the highway, you'll see a white corolla go by. I'm about 95% sure that's me. Feb 12 I had to go up there and I took the corolla
Is this even noteworthy? I live in Maryland, and literally nobody ever uses
their turn signals. I'm shocked and surprised when I see one. I hate it
because there are a lot of places on my commute where it's important to
know where someone's going. It's also confusing and dumb as hell when
someone just stops traffic to make a turn, without signaling! I sometimes
yell, DID YOU FALL ASLEEP, SIR?!?! OR ARE YOU TRYNA GET TO WALLY WORLD?!
And they'll flick on their signal sometimes. But usually they're not paying
any damn attention to the world around them anyway. I'm not insulting you,
I enjoyed the video. I ought to really make one showcasing Maryland's
idiots, because there are plenty.
2:09 is it a larger fine if you get pulled over for a headlight out or
driving with high beams on? I'm in high school and still ride the bus (I
know, I don't have my license yet, haven't scheduled my test) and once in a
while another bus driver will radio dispatch over the cb and say a
headlight is out and dispatch always tells them to use their high beams.
Maybe it's a safety thing since its a school bus?
+JMAN123436 I know a simple headlight out will get you a "fix it" ticket, or a warning. Pretty sure running high beams would give you the same, unless the officer was having a bad day.
3:03 - I was gonna say something about your negative comments about
Pontiac, until I remembered the G6 is a Cobalt, and yeah, it's junk. I'll
give you that one!
Great vids, as always. Love the Beach Boys at the beginning. :-D

I find jscushman's reply "Nice, but nothing special" to be rude. Please
don't comment "nice" and then follow with negative stuff. I found the
entire 9 minutes to be utmost interesting, starting with the diamond
crossing in Ashland. Always wondered how the Sioux City line connected with
the Oreapolis main. Part 1 the Award winner....at 1:16 minute, the audible
slowness of a steam powered train just getting underway. Flat spot on that
baggage car wheel is what we hope for, on welded rail.
@fnm9908 Actually, You're partially right. They did have plans to turn that
building into condos a few years back, but, as has been the case every time
in that building's recent history, ronovation costs proved to be far
greater than initially anticipated, so the project was shut down and the
"For Sale" sign went back up in the window at Burlington Station. That
building has not been successfully utilized since Amtrak moved out in 1974.
Sad, really.
It was suppossed to be apartments a few years ago, but, as has happened
time and time again over the last 36 years, renovation costs far exceeded
projections, so the project was shut down and the "For Sale" sign went back
up in the window at the poor-old Burlington Station. The building has not
been ligitamatly utilized since Amtrak moved out in 1974. A tragic reality
for such a breath-taking, eye-catching and all out EPIC structure.
i wonder if they turned the old burlington station into apartments,or
something like it,i lived in council bluffs for a few years and i remember
that it had some billboards outside saying that, that was back in 06-07,i
used to go over and park my car on the amshack in omaha, and watch trains go
by,good times
